Data controller
Nicolas Cadet, sole trader (NC atelier). Contact: nicolascadet@ncatelier.com.
Data collected
Only what you enter in the brief form: name, email, company, links, project description, indicative budget and deadline. It is sent to me by email through the Web3Forms service, which only relays it, and then kept in my mailbox.
Purpose and legal basis
Replying to your request and, where relevant, preparing a quote. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Retention
Three years from our last exchange, then deleted.
Analytics
The site uses Umami Cloud, an analytics tool with no cookies and no personal data. No consent banner is therefore needed.
Third-party content
The booking calendar (Cal.com) only loads when you click on it. That service may then set its own cookies.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to nicolascadet@ncatelier.com. You can also contact the CNIL (cnil.fr).
