General
Do you work remotely?
Yes, with clients across France and abroad. We work over video calls, email and a shared file space. Meeting in person is possible depending on distance.
How does a project run?
- You send a brief or book a call.
- I reply with questions, then a detailed quote.
- We agree on the steps and the schedule.
- I produce and show you progress at every step.
- Delivery, adjustments, then follow-up if you want it.
Why don't you show prices?
Because no two projects are alike: a three-page site and a booking app have nothing in common, nor do an export script and an online shop. Quotes are free and itemised line by line.
How does payment work?
A deposit is due at kick-off and the balance on delivery. Exact terms are on the quote. VAT not applicable (French tax code, article 293 B).
Web development
Can I edit my site myself?
Yes. Every site ships with a simple admin to change text, photos and news, plus a short training session.
Do you handle hosting and the domain name?
I can handle everything or help you set it up in your own name. Either way, you own your domain and your content.
Will my site rank well?
The fundamentals are included: fast pages, clean structure, meta tags, sitemap, structured data, a Google profile for local businesses. Long-term ranking then depends on your content, which I can help you plan.
What happens after launch?
I offer ongoing care (security updates, backups, small changes) or one-off help, depending on your needs.
